Govt by Suitcase, for the Suitcase and work for Suitcase. Same on builders, Industrialist and political mafia. Only country to have Aviation fuel is cheaper by 30% of petrol.
Housing prices need to come down by 50% not 5%

I think, in this world everyone born with a desire of becoming rich in shortest possible time.Stocks are only option wherein you can invest your money to see it growing faster. Yes, I agree that there is no end to greed but if the investor is careful and knowledgeable enough to know the nerves of stock market then short gains can be achieved with less of risks.
I feel one should invest as per his capability of absorbing losses.If someone takes loan for investment and at the end of the day you dont have money to pay milkman is what I will call stupidity.
Though article has a different view but I still feel that share market is not a bad option to earn quick money.See, money invested in stock market just changes hand and it goes from one person to another. Some people losses and some gains, so be a smart investor.

How the Greed takes over chronigcally over Logic, is very well brought out in this article, and I must congratulate Sudhir, the way he has simplified the MELT DOWN to basics.A real Eye opener for people , at least for future!!!
