The World Premier of a unique dance collaboration - Ajanta Comes Alive featuring famous danseuse Prerana Deshpande (Kathak) and Sujata Mahapatra (Odissi) is being held at Tilak Smarak Mandir, Pune on February 18, 2007. The concert is inspired by the frescos and the sculptures of Ajanta & Ellora and will be introduced by renowned scholar and critic Padmashree Dr. Sunil Kothari. The concert is being held to celebrate the 100 years of India Japan friendship and will be inaugurated by Honorary Consul general of Japan.
