Indian Express It was a landmark when the office of the settlement commissioner made available rural land records (saat-baara extracts) of the entire State on their departmental website www.mahabhulekh.mumbai.nic.in and now they have now gone a step further. At the click of a button, one will be able to check the land records (property cards) of Pune city.
This move has made Pune the first city in the country to have all its land records available for public viewing on a website. ‘‘No other city in the country has its urban land records available online,’’ says settlement commissioner T C Benjamin. Next on the cards are cities like Nashik, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Kolhapur and Solapur.

You have to download their font and install it. And you should know the survey no of the concerned property.

hi,i purchased a bunglalow plot from a property dealer in 1998 (Now MLA). As we were staying abroad and all the paperwork of Stamp duty and registration was done by him then for the 7/12 and Ferfar papers he had promised that he will get those too but since then we never received the same. Recently i found that sellers first names are different in 7/12 and Ferfar papers, whereas in the agreement it reads the names of the sellers are as same in 7/12 as per agreement. I am chasing the MLA to correct the names as he had sold the plot to me when he was a property dealer but having trouble getting things done from him with many ineffective promises from him. Please advise any other way i can get the names changed in 7/12 and Ferfar.

(I understand that recently it has come in red zone The point is , can I construct house as needed or will red zone affect me logically from this .W e are a part of society with no. of members in that area & close to Nasik hign way as well as Warehousing corporation buildings )
